Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

Want a different size? We offer free exchanges on all full-price items within 30 days. Start an exchange by contacting us at returns@typeshii.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll ship the new size as soon as we receive your return.

1. Email returns@typeshii.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.

3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at any carrier location.

4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at returns@typeshii.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once processed on our end, please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
